DeLuca%26#39;s is at 2015 Penn Ave. If you%26#39;re coming off the bluff headed to downtown Pittsburgh, head right on Liberty or Penn Avenue. Follow Liberty past the train station. You will be on a straightaway and you just need to find a place to turn left, around 21st Street. Be careful - people drive like idiots on this stretch. Penn runs parallel to Liberty. You can%26#39;t take Penn directly from downtown to the Strip because it becomes one way at some point. If you do find yourself on Penn, turn left at some point and get onto Smallman, and park near 21st and walk.

DeLuca%26#39;s is a little divey but the food is great. Pamela%26#39;s is ';nicer'; but opinions vary on the food.
