is it true that that clothing and shoes are tax-free in Philly??

To go to NY which is the best way?? (bus or train??)

I will stay 1 night next sept. with my husband...which nice in a good location with view and good but not expensive restaurant do you suggest me??

1%26gt; Yes. No tax on clothing most clothing (special occasion clothing such as Tuxes and some other items are taxable, the same for shoes.)

2%26gt; Train (Amtrak) is the easiest but most expensive. You can also do a one stop train trip, via Trenton, takes longer but is less expensive. Cheapest is the bus, also longest.

can you give us an idea what you want to spend per person for the restaurant; most of the restaurants that offer a ';view'; are in the expensive category; if the view is not important there are lots of options;
