Leaving this Monday for 3 days nee a great restaurant for prime rib %26amp; Crab Cakes...in the area...we are staying in Bird in Hand and have a car

Need restaurant help

Hi, I usually eat local type food, but the revere inn and tavern , has a restaurant, a steakhouse type of place, which would have prime rib. Probably also crab cakes, but I would say, try to find their menu online. Others, who are locals, can direct you better.

My two favorite places for beef and/or crab cakes (they sound similar, but are very different places! just coincidence)

Another good choice:

We have friends who swear by Hall%26#39;s Cafe for crabcakes. We ate there once, and it was good, but I wasn%26#39;t blown away. Guess we should go back and try again, maybe we hit an off nite?

If you are feeling up to a longer drive there is the Crab Barn, in Reading, which is crowded %26amp; crazy but fun.

if crab cakes and prime rib are what your looking for I would suggest Barny%26#39;s grill, they have a web site so you can look at the menu yourself but the food can speak for itself

Doc Holliday%26#39;s has great crab cakes and Prime Rib. I believe they also own Barny%26#39;s

yea, barny%26#39;s, doc holiday%26#39;s, Gibraltar, and lancaster brewing company are owned by the same group

I didn%26#39;t know that.

All are great choices but what makes Barny%26#39;s extra special is the park-like outdoor patio with a lush mini-golf course %26amp; driving range on-site.

Every time I%26#39;ve been there the food is exceptional. Closed Sundays.

i concur daddio361 especially since they have a bucket of balls/bucket of beers special
