I have booked to go to Philadelphia in February 2009 with my grandson aged 14 years - does anyone know what the weather will be like? Also what kind of things would be good for my grandson and I to do, and finally what shopping malls are good to visit? Thanks

It will be cold still, from about 7C to -7C.
