9 guests from England to see NYC- Any bus tours from Philly

Hello, we have 9 guests arriving from England on July 31 and they would like to see NYC on Aug 1 and Hershey Park and Philadelphia on Aug 2. Any bus tours available from Philly downtown or Philly suburb. we live in the suburb.

Are there any door to door shuttle services available from Philly airport to Ft. Washington?

You can%26#39;t see Philadelphia and Hershey Park on the same day I suggest skipping HersheyPpark. They have amusement parks in England, but the don%26#39;t have Independence Hall, The Liberty Bell, etc.

AFAIK, there are no public ';tours'; of NYC that leave from Philadelphia. You can get to NYC, and pick up a tour there, but it will be a really long day.

Agree with Owlyn on the Hershey Park point. Don%26#39;t know why you would come all the way from England to see it. However, if they insist, I would avoid going on a weekend and opt for a weekday instead.

Philadelphia is a full day minimum itself, 2 if you haven%26#39;t been here before.

I checked around, there are no tours of NYC current running from Philly that are open to the public. My NYC counterpart suggested given the time frame and number of people, and depending on budget, they can either A%26gt; take Amtrak up and grab one of the double decker HoHo tours, or B%26gt; Use a limo service with one of those mini buses and do the same.

Having moved to Philly only several years ago I too was curious to know what Hershey Park was about. I finally went last year and cannot say that I was impressed. The fact that everything has the Hershey brand stamp and its themes is cute but other than that, no big deal really.

We also visited the ';Hershey Factory'; and took the ride but to be honest, this is more suitable for children. It%26#39;s a mock-up ride so it%26#39;s really not a ride that adults would enjoy much as we are mostly geared towards the real thing is made.

Also, tickets to the park and the food are quite pricey.

The park is about 2 hours from Philly.
