Does anyone have any discount codes or coupons for the Mount Airy lodge and casino? We want to stay there for just one night in June, and I didn%26#39;t know if there were any deals that I don%26#39;t know about.

Maybe someone local saw a coupon or something?!

We were there in March and it%26#39;s a lovely facility. Should be just gorgeous now that everything is green.

Thanks wythany! Unfortunately, I just realized my stay will be on a Saturday, so they probably won%26#39;t offer any discounts for the weekend!!

When you stayed, did you gamble much? And, did you go home with any winnings?

Went with a friend; we%26#39;re low-roller penny slots players, but for hours on end. And we always split. Arrived at noon, left at 2 the next afternoon, $5 down each. No big wins, but staying even is fine with us.

Never hurts to ask for their best possible rate. If you have a high-level card at another casino, can%26#39;t hurt to mention it.

If you like ';upscale contemporary woodlands'; decor, you%26#39;ll like the rooms. I love natural stained trim %26amp; doors, so to me the room was just beautiful.

The biggest drawback was the very limited food options, though the two meals we had at the diner were just fine, if nothing special. Take snacks!

we went on a one night stay intention . It is a beautiful casino , rooms are nicely decorated with a rustic look. We enjoyed our stay and hit for small jackpots .Better winnings then we have hit in CT in quite a while. Hubby fell in love with the place and decided we should see about getting comped another night . We were told no problem so we stayed one more night. The only complaint I have is the amount of smoke in the place its like being at Foxwoods; you need to go outside to get some fresh air. But overall , we would definitely return as its a very nice place .

We stayed there on June 21st and enjoyed it. The rooms and resort are gorgeous! I agree about the smoke- it was so bad that we didn%26#39;t gamble as much as we wanted. Plus, we were having NO luck with the slots at all, then did well on a $1 slot and cashed out.

We had a good dinner at Betty%26#39;s Diner, and then took dessert up to the room later. The milkshakes are delicious!

I think we will probably go back sometime. We also went to Mohegan Sun on the way down, and did much better on the slots there.

Has the mohegan sun casino opened their new addition yet? We have friends who live in Pa and have gone there but they went to what they call the slot warehouse lol!! We want to go back to Pa in probably October and will want to go to mohegan too so I am curious as to what you saw there when you were there. TY for any info you have

The new addition is set to open anytime now. I keep seeing the ads on TV. They are having a grand opening in the next week or two.

I just wish they had lodging there, but it is close enough to home that we could drive there for a day trip. Maybe that will come later?!?
