I have a free ticket to Hershey but would also like to stop by Dutch Wonderland. Can I use the preview pass at Dutch Wonderland.

I am almost positive you cannot. Though they are both now owned by Hershey Entertainment and Resorts, they are mostly run separately. Even a Season Pass at one is not automatically good for one at the other (you have to pay for an upgrade)
Do you have small children? If not, I don%26#39;t think that there is any reason to drive the 45 minutes or so to Dutch Wonderland. It is really for the preschool set.
