Any ideas for stops along the way. Is it advisable to make this trip in one day as opposed to stopping overnight? Thanks

You can do it in one day. I suggest bringing a long book on CD for the kids such as one of the Harry Potter series.

You can stop at the Rhinebeck Aerodrome, home of many WWI airplanes. On weekends, they put on air shows using the old planes. Not too far off the interstate, and definitely worth the stop.

Depends on your kids. We just did it with an overnight in Albany.

Depends on the kids and how/when you are leaving Phila. I%26#39;d break it up, assuming you have the time but what kind of entertainment (ages of the kids) are you interested in? Divergence can be of a different stroke, Lake George, Ft Ticonderoga, alpine slides, gondolas, science centers, Lake Champlain, VT ferries, chasms, Lake Placid, etc.

Yes, you can do it to Montreal in a day but why? Return trip?
